He graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1976.

He worked as a sales officer at Sümerbank General Directorate between 1976 and 1977.

Between 1977 and 1978, he served as assistant inspector in the Agricultural Equipment Institution Inspection Board.

He performed his military service as a lieutenant between 1979 and 1980.

He worked as an accounting staff in a private company between 1980-1981.

Between 1982 and 1995, he worked as a CPA in his own office.

He succeeded in the Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant exam  in 1995 and became a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant.

He has been working as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant since 1995.

In 2012, he successfully passed the exam held by the Capital Markets Board and received an Independent Auditor Certificate.

Since 2014, He also continues to work as a Responsible Independent Auditor at Şti. Arıcı Bağımsız Denetim, Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.
